When Jack and I first met , I saw the potential he had with the amount of muscle mass he was carrying, and offered my help in getting him lean! When we completed phase 1 of getting him lean, he expressed that he had a desire to eventually compete one day, so we proceeded to put him in a competition prep setting where he dieted down to stage condition.

Meet Andrew Lim
Andrew Lim is a Professional Natural Bodybuilder.
He has won 2x Overall Championships (Open Bodybuilding & Open Men’s Physique) in Drug-Tested Natural Bodybuilding and has qualified for World Championships.
Andrew has worked with coaches all over the world, but bases his primary science-based knowledge from the United Kingdom, which has the largest natural bodybuilding scene.
He has spent a decade of science-based anecdotal application, and has spent over two years coaching individuals using his decade’s worth of experience and knowledge from the bodybuilding industry, to shape multiple physiques.
